4. Appointment Booking & Commission
Dantya may charge a percentage-based service fee on confirmed and completed appointments only.

Video consultations are provided by independent dental professionals. Dantya is not responsible for diagnosis or treatment outcomes.
6. Dental Camps & Jobs
Camp and job listings are provided by third parties. Dantya is not responsible for execution or employment outcomes.
7. Payments & Refunds
Payments are processed via third-party gateways. Refunds are subject to the Refund Policy.
8. Reviews & Content
Users must post genuine content. Dantya may remove misleading or abusive content.
9. Medical Disclaimer
Dantya is a technology platform only and does not provide medical advice.
10. Privacy
Use of Dantya is subject to the Privacy Policy.
11. Limitation of Liability
Dantya is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
