Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all users of the Dantya mobile application.

1. Appointment Cancellation

Patients may cancel appointments as per the cancellation policy set by the dentist or clinic. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed accordingly.

If a patient fails to attend a scheduled appointment without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.

Once a video consultation is completed, no refund shall be provided. In case of technical issues, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Dantya is not responsible for payment failures caused by banks or payment gateways. Any deducted amount will be refunded as per gateway timelines.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 working days to the original mode of payment.
